Statement:
Wandering through the woods has always been my favorite thing. Growing up in western Pennsylvania, the woods were my backyard. I built secret forts under towering pine trees and spent hours in a bright meadow, tucked deep in the forest, doodling and daydreaming. In this stained glass piece, I wanted to capture the magic of one of those spots—where the sun peeked through the trees, and its rays shimmered like mosaics throughout the forest.
